Very professional and the seller went above and beyond to try and find a way to ship it at a reasonable price. I am pleased to say that it made itself in perfect condition to its destination, in a very, very short period of time. we absolutely love this custom wreath it will be on our front door for years to come. I love the beads and the chain that hangs from the bracelet, it makes it so unique which sets it apart from all the other beaded bracelets on line. Customer service is excellent.
